QA Administrator
Pilatus is hiring a QA Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support within the quality department by maintaining and updating the training system, managing compliance documents, supporting audit processes, and ensuring the proper archiving of key records.

ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS

What you do
Training System Management :
- Maintains and updates the Repair Station Training Manual and associated forms based on FAA CFR Part 145 and EASA Part 21 regulations
- Regularly updates the training platform with training needs, training records, and ensures it reflects current training requirements
- Assists in the coordination and execution of new hire indoctrination (indoc) training
Audit Support & Follow-up :
- Tracks and follows up on audit findings, including internal and supplier audit findings, ensuring timely resolution
- Manages audit software and assists in audit scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Supports the quality department in preparing for internal and external audits
Document Control :
- Updates and maintains Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions
- Archives and manages final aircraft and component repair documents ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensures proper documentation control, version tracking, and accessibility of all relevant records
Other Duties / Responsibilities
Compliance & Reporting :
- Assists in generating reports for audits, training compliance, and other departmental needs
- Supports during audits through Pilatus HQ, FAA, EASA, or FOCA
- Part of the PilBAL Safety Management System (SMS) Board for training
What you bring
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a quality department within the aviation or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
