Clinical Effectiveness Consultant, RN

Position Overview :

Eligible applicants must reside in Arizona, Idaho or Utah and must have California RN license within 90 days of hire. Remote work in qualifying states only.

This is a work-flow / task based position to review and approve plan of care / physician orders. Must have excellent attention to detail and computer skills.

Serves as a support to quality, clinical, and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating electronic medical record (EHR) workflow for outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• Bachelor's : Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field. or equivalent education / experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE :

RN-Registered Nurse of California

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE :

2 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

• Demonstrated proficiency in Ability to navigate an electronic health record required.
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel is required.
• Must demonstrate written / verbal interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and departments, including medical staff members.
• Ability to manage own time and schedule own tasks. Must have initiative to work effectively without constant supervision and direction.

Pay Range is $35.24 to $46.16 / hour
