Position Summary
Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation.

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
Work you’ll do :
Provide strategic support to organizational transformation and service delivery transition at the Client site. Support three task areas :
- Client Service Delivery Model Definition
- Operational Readiness Assessment
- Target State Design
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another business-related field
- 10+ years of experience with Strategic Planning, Strategy Mapping, and Strategy-Vision Alignment
- At least one example of delivering service during an internal Organizational Transformation or supporting a client’s Organizational Transformation journey
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work in McLean, VA on a regular basis
- Ability to travel 10-20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
- Active TS / SCI security clearance with Polygraph required
Preferred :
- 5+ years of experience working within a Service Delivery Operating Model and performing tasks related to Service Delivery Model Transformation
- Background in data analysis, strategic and operational planning, and / or personnel management
- Possesses an exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and develop solutions to support decision-making at the highest levels
- Strong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levels
- Familiarity with a variety of data aggregation, sorting, graphic creation, data storage and data manipulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience establishing program objectives, budgets, and schedules
- Ability to utilize Earned Value methodology to manage program costs and track progress
