Become a full-time Flooring Retail Sales Representative with DE Floor Coverings to develop effective new sales strategies, gain valuable experience, and build a fulfilling, profitable career! Our Waukesha, WI team needs a goal-oriented, customer service-driven person to get out there and secure more home improvement business.

With commissions and bonuses , you have an earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year ! We have an excellent benefits package that includes :

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience
  • Basic math, measuring, and estimating skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Valid driver's license with reliable, personal vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn about our products, adapt our sales process, and attend seminars and events
  • Ability to attend sales meetings at local customers' homes

    • Our ideal Flooring Retail Sales Representative also meets some of these preferred criteria :

  • Retail flooring sales experience
  • Sales experience within the construction or trade industries
  • Experience using measuring and estimating software

    • WHAT TO EXPECT

    You typically work from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with the flexibility to attend customer appointments on Saturdays and evenings.

    As our Flooring Retail Sales Representative, you visit our customers' homes to build connections and help clients select the best floor options for their unique spaces. Communication and customer service are key as you answer client questions, promote our home improvement options, and successfully close deals. You measure the designated rooms and use software to generate accurate material, labor, and installation cost estimates.

    As you present flooring choices, you identify financing options and help clients make the best selections for their homes. You close deals, assist with visual merchandising, and drive sales revenue for our company. By collaborating with your retail team, you hone your strategies to consistently meet and exceed your goals!
