Job Summary : As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Health Urgent Care, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Working collaboratively with a healthcare team, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service.
Full-time and PRN (per diem) positions are available.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients and coworkers
- Deliver convenient, friendly patient care in a welcoming environment
- Perform medical assessment, treatment, and management of clinic patients
- Oversee on-site laboratory, x-rays, and other services
- Maintain clinical core competency and compliance with medical standards
- Participate in staff education programs and development of new services
- Ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
Requirements :
- Experience as a Provider preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
- State License as an APRN
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP or ANCC
- DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- BLS certification
