Direct Support Professional II Schedule / Availability :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 10 : 00 pm
Shifts are assigned within this time frame*
Compensation : $18.00 per hour
- If this employee is able to give 50 hours of availability, they will be given a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend*
- This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
In this roll you’ll be making a difference by :
- Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
- Train new staff
- Administering medications
- Cooking and housework
- Provide constant supervision
- Transportation to appointments and community events
To be considered for position with us, you must :
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Hold an acceptable driving record
- Possess strong written and verbal English skills
- Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka and Washington County
This full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
