We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Asheville, North Carolina.
Services may be provided in clinic or Home and Community-based settings.
Responsibilities :
- Provide home, community and clinic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers.
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation.
- Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session.
- Participate in training and clinical supervision.
- Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Education, Experience and Other Requirements :
- Required : 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required : Valid driver's license and transportation
- Preferred : High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands :
The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand;
using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.
Working Environment :
- Travel between client's homes will be required.
- Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6 : 30 pm
Pay Rate : up to $30 hourly.
