Job Title : HR Generalist
Location : Salt Lake City, UT
Shift : Night Shift, 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM (Sunday - Thursday)
Position Overview :
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing setting. This role is pivotal as the main point of contact for floor-level HR inquiries, supporting employees with a variety of HR functions, from transactional HR tasks to basic conflict resolution.
The successful candidate will work in an open and collaborative environment, standing and moving about 60% of the time, with desk work comprising the remaining 40%.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary HR representative on the production floor, providing guidance on benefits, attendance, and employee recognition.
- Support HR initiatives including promotions for attendance, corrective actions, and maintaining communication through newsletters and floor updates.
- Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Light conflict resolution and corrective actions as necessary, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience; production or manufacturing HR experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and move around for approximately 60% of the workday.
- Comfortable working in an open / shared workspace.
- Bilingual capabilities are highly preferred but not required.
- Down-to-earth attitude with a willingness to learn; ideal candidates are steady and not inclined to job-hop.
