Remote 4 days of the week, 1 day on-site.
Duties
- Lead the development, maintenance, and support of Windows applications.
- Will be working with infrastructure design, configurations, implementations to everyday operations.
- Working with VMWare and AD integrations.
- Analyze industry patterns and trends of aligned technologies and develop medium to long range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness of aligned technologies.
- Implement design patterns, impacting multiple teams.
- Be responsible for implementation of a new solution, feature, capability, or practice.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to all engineers within the team as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience working in IT Customer Support is required.
- Has government contracting experience.
- Have an active Public Trust is a plus.
- Has experience self-managing technical projects including timelines, design, implementation, build and test plans.
- Experience with design of a VMWare 7.0 and above environment.
- Experience using Windows 2016, 2019, and 2022 is highly desired.
Pay : $70 - $75 an hour
