The Team :

The Cloud & Application Security service delivery team is responsible for managing service delivery support. The Cloud & Application Security teams are designed to protect Citi from loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability by designing and leveraging detection & monitoring, security engineering, identity and access management & vulnerability assessments.

The Role :

The InfoSec Risk Oversight Management Lead will provide audit support, risk and control oversight, project and program oversight, customer relationship management and demand management.

This job also oversees complex activities or tasks which may include business requirements gathering, internal and regulatory reporting, maintenance of documentation, and integration of Cloud security processes into global operational models.

This role also requires frequent verbal and written communications with senior Information Security management and key business stakeholders.

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as representative to internal audit, external auditors and regulatory examiners on behalf of the area as well as responsible for oversight of the internal control environment
• Create and manage Managed Information Systems (MIS) reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on operational performance, productivity and Information Security capabilities
• Serve as the central point of contact (POC) for all Citi business sectors, engineering, 3rd-party vendors, and senior executive business and technology management to coordinate and support strategic planning, client / business interactions and escalations, technology implementations and migrations, issue resolutions, incident / problem management representation
• Provide top tier support service to critical customers and stakeholders
• Provide project support by Design and drive large, complex projects to meet client, IS, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee of the P&L budget and contracts for vendors
• Provide management support to the Cloud & Application Security Senior Leaders
• Educate and advise business and technical leaders on the development, delivery and management of cloud security solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Technology Operations, Business Operations, Audit / Risk Management or Project Management role is required
• Foundational understanding of Information Security and / or Cyber Security operations
• Proficiency with all MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge / Experience with reporting tools like Cognos is a Plus
• Must be a motivated self-starter, strong presenter / communicator and pay attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines

Experience with any of the following is highly preferred (in-depth knowledge is a plus) :

• ITIL Service Management
• COBIT Frameworks
• Authentication / Application or Network Security Products
• Industry common architectures that deliver high performance and resilient solutions ( systematic trading environments)

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science Degree / related degrees or equivalent experience
• CISA and / or CISSP certified, or related certifications highly preferred
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
