Commercial Tire Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
• Two three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR record. Driver's license must be current in the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Phenomenal customer service skills : serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
• Financial skills : sales-driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Compensation :

• Competitive commission-based pay structure, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually, depending on performance.
• Guaranteed Base salary to provide financial stability during the ramp-up period.
