Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to :
- Transport guests and employees from the parking area, and any other area as requested to the gaming facility.
- Keep to time schedules and route assignments
- Complete daily maintenance checklist in regard to brakes, windshield wipers etc., and notifying supervisor of any deficiencies so they may be corrected.
- Always operate company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
- Keep interior of the shuttle clean and free of debris.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and safe at all times.
- Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property in order to advise guests whenever possible.
- Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and / or bend and reach with arms and hands.
Must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
The employee is also required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Education / Training / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; No experience necessary.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required
- Valid driver’s license is required and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy.
- Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Must have prior customer service experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
- Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and / or executes written, verbal and / or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without difficulty.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and keep racing license
Skills and Knowledge
Must know how to drive various vehicles.
