TechTarget is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Integration Enablement Team to help our internal teams and customers integrate their Martech systems with our TechTarget products.
In this role you will own the setup, testing and troubleshooting of the integration process. The ideal candidate will be naturally collaborative, technical, extremely organized and motivated by maximizing customer success and outcomes.
Essential Job Functions
- Work directly with TechTarget customers and internal teams to set up Integrations for purchase intent products with our customers Marketing Automation and CRM applications;
- Project manage and execute the integration setup and testing;
- Maintain Martech System knowledge and TechTarget product knowledge to provide interna teams and customers holistic backend advice on integration setup and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and problem solve both existing and new integrations;
- Identify process efficiencies to improve overall set up system and process
Qualifications
- 0 - 2 years’ experience, recent college grads encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a digital operations, tech support and / or customer success type function preferred
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot, preferably in a technical manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
- Proven systematic thinking at identifying potential issues and risks early in an implementation cycle
- Excellent organizational skills. Able to prioritize, manage, execute multiple projects cross-functionally and react effectively when priorities change
- Customer service mentality and the ability to work with customer contacts at all levels
- High level of intellectual and technical curiosity
