The Client Relations Associate supports the post-sales and implementation experience and works directly with our Client Relations Analysts to understand their business requirements and partner with our internal teams to address their needs and ensure long term customer value.

The Client Relations Associate works with the Client Relations Analyst to ensure delivery of client services and internal projects.

The Client Relations Associate will provide ongoing internal support and participate in special projects for the team, as well as companywide projects.

The Client Relations Associate is held to a high customer service standard and level of professionalism. They will shadow Client Relations Analysts in their role and learn about the business and TCWGlobals impact to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a support contact for clients as needed under the guidance of the Client Relations Analyst
• Provide our clients with excellent customer service and continue to help drive growth for our client relations team.
• Support special projects based on client needs and specialty area
• Practices active listening and is empathetic to clients concerns
• Solution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges
• Consistently follow up with internal teams to ensure projects are trending according to plan
• Support in building Business Review decks for clients
• Act as a utility role to assist in contract extensions and client onboardings under the expertise of the Client Relations Analyst
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
• Research client using news articles, stock trends and other sources to help identify growth opportunities
• Contribute ideas for new product and service development, marketing, and communication initiatives and operations improvement
• Strive to learn first and then become proficient in targeted areas of the business
• Interfaces with internal teams to ensure good communication and maximize customer service
• Identifies obstacles in sales and service to advocate for change internally
• The Client Relations Associate will also communicate with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders as needed

Qualifications & Skills :

• 1+ years of sales and / or customer service experience
• Charismatic and personable demeanor that transpires to fellow Client Relations Associates and other Customer Service team members
• People-oriented and passionate about building relationships
• Human Resources background desired
• Must work well with collaborative team atmosphere as well as other departments
• Ability to quickly adapt to potential change
• Willingness to be flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in project management support
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and organize calendar to meet critical deadlines
• Desire to learn and build knowledge base in the Human Resource industry
• Self-starter who is looking to grow into a future Client Relations Analyst role
• Ability to work in multiple systems to search for client documents

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
