Education :

4+ years of digital design experience required

- Working knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and proficiency in word processing software
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and familiar with the use of a content management system

Responsibilities :
- Coach and mentor junior designers through regular design reviews.
- Present design work confidently during reviews and gain cross-functional alignment.
- Actively design layouts and comps in collaboration with the merchant and marketing teams to create innovative designs and compelling stories in line with each season's inspiration and campaign.
- Enhance customer site experiences and app experiences using existing templates and help explore new templates throughout the seasons.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use, and engaging.
- Actively communicate with cross-functional partners to understand the strategy and deliverables, and articulate creative thinking behind the aesthetic and design decisions.
- Ensure consistent creativity across all digital channels.
- Research current trends in retail and related product categories.
- Understand the learnings from previous campaigns and continue to evolve designs.
- Ensure the level of excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, photography, and accessibility.
