As a Senior Product Manager at Vinivia, you will lead our Ecommerce, Payment Platform and Monetization team, playing a pivotal role in helping creators monetize their passion by advancing the following key areas :

  • Payments Platform and Payment Gateways
  • Build and support Payments Platform for providing a one-stop solution for financial matters across various monetization scenarios : core functions include handling payments, payouts, buyer / seller experiences, tax calculation and invoicing, global financial compliance, taxation compliance, and financial regulations that are essential for monetization
  • Creator Monetization Tools and eCommerce Experiences : Build monetization tools for creators to accept payments and monetize their creativity, and frictionless eCommerce experiences for consumers to make payments via :
  • Subscriptions
  • A-la-carte payments and pay-per-view purchases
  • Live Shopping / eCommerce : Seller and Buyer Experiences
  • Augmented Reality (AR) Advertising (Product / Shop Ads, Sponsored placements)
  • Virtual gifts / badges, stickers, tipping
  • Giveaways and other incentives
  • In-app purchases

Who You Will Work With :

In this role, you will have high agency, high visibility, and report to our Chief Product Officer. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse and talented team of Designers, Engineers, Product Owners, other Product Managers and Stakeholders as you drive the development of our Mobile Experience.

Together, we'll innovate, iterate, and create exceptional products that inspire creators, captivate consumers, and empower brands.

Responsibilities (How your skills and passion will come to life) :

  • Get alignment on the vision and develop the roadmap for world-class products that leverage and enhance the unique features of Vinivia
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with Vinivia's mission.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality, user-centric outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with talented designers, engineers, product managers / owners and other cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Champion a user-first approach while advocating for privacy and security throughout product development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Define and measure key product metrics, continuously optimizing for user satisfaction and engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Must-Have Experience :
  • Minimum 4+ years in Product Management in a professional setting, with a demonstrable increase in ownership, responsibility, and results
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience building and growing highly successful pre-product-market-fit, zero-to-one consumer / B2C products.

HUGE PLUS if that experience was with 2- or 3-sided marketplace products.

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience on the implementation and execution of digital payments (eCommerce payments / experiences, payment providers, payouts, taxes and invoices)
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful customer-centric mobile product experiences that are informed by qualitative user research and customer discovery
  • Experience leading and guiding customer discovery sessions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must-Have Soft Skills :
  • High emotional intelligence, high empathy for others (teammates, customers) and a selfless "take one for the team" attitude
  • The ability to inspire, lead and influence teams and stakeholders across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, agile environment and deliver results
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) , collaboration, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Prefer 5-10 years in Product Management in a professional setting, with a demonstrable increase in ownership, responsibility, and results
  • Prefer demonstrable experience with one or more of the following :
  • Social news feeds and content recommendations
  • Content moderation
  • Augmented reality UI / experiences
  • Predictive and Generative AI
  • Monetization and Digital Payments
  • Privacy and security
  • A Master's degree, MBA or advanced degree is a plus (but not required)
