General Manager Food Manufacturing
Salary $200,000 - $250,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to the NE USA

This Leader will have full P&L responsibilities as well as pricing strategies, Lean / CI, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business! This position is a single incumbent role responsible for a single business or multiple, smaller business lines.
This nationwide company has delivered quality and commitment to the food industry and is well known nationwide. This plant is seeking a dedicated General Manager who can champion and execute a plan and progress forward towards improving culture and employment engagement.
Minimum requirements for this General Manager’s position :
- At least 12 years of food / beverage manufacturing experience
- Experience with lean / CI and driving plant efficiencies
- Bachelors’ degree preferred.
