St. Patricks Home Rehabilitation andHealth Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager forour Skilled Nursing Facility in the BronxNY .
Duties :
- Handle all supervisory duties for assignedunit
- Help establish and implement employmentpolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review Resident records & quality of care
- Monitor overall care & review individual Residentscases
- Address questions or complaints broughtforward by Residents or their families
- Represent the units interests with the upperlevelmanagement
Requirements :
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN)License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experiencepreferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experiencepreferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
