Job Summary :
RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all pharmacy operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Enter and maintain patient information in pharmacy databases.
- Process insurance claims and resolve issues related to prescription coverage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- Valid pharmacy technician license for the state of Texas.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working as a pharmacy technician (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
