In 2024, we will be expanding our Process capability in Cork and are looking for Senior / Lead Process Engineers to join our team (we already have over 100+ process professionals on the team).

You'll get the opportunity to become involved in some of the most interesting and largest Pharma / Bio projects in the world.

In addition to managing large-scale one-off projects, at PM Group we also provide a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients.

We are looking for Process Engineers to join our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland providing a cost-efficient and effective framework for project delivery.

We safely deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades, and equipment replacements.

These roles offer a flexible working arrangement incorporating a mix of site and home working.

Responsibilities

Below is indicative of the type of activities you will be involved in if successful for this role :

• Design of process and utilities - preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Design Philosophies and calculations.
• Coordination of design with other design disciplines.
• Experience in API Design / Operation an advantage.
• Process Safety or Process Simulation areas are available to specialise in.
• Awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management.
• Interfacing with client design team / end users.
• Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of relevant design codes.

Self-motivated and self-driven.

Full Driving Licence.

A degree qualification in Process / Chemical engineering and substantial experience in the pharma / biopharmaceutical sector.
