The Springs at Rochester Hills, formerly Medilodge of Rochester Hills, is under NEW OWNERSHIP & we are SO excited to grow our team by adding an admissions coordinator to our management team!

Full-time

The Springs at Rochester Hills is looking for an experienced and passionate Admissions Director who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team at our prestigious skilled-nursing facility.

As the Admissions Director at The Springs at Rochester Hills, you will be responsible for referral and admission activities to include but is not limited to the following :

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources
• Providing support for the referral sources / potential admission by addressing their questions, concerns and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner
• Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-range census goals

What YOU need to bring to the table to be a great fit for this position :

• The ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to community groups / agencies and facility team
• College degree preferred. Considerable experience in a comparable position will be considered in lieu of degree
• Two years sales experience, preferred in health care services.
