Training Objectives : Mastering Sales Department Management : From receiving and making telephone calls to answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents and families, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations.

Meticulous Record-Keeping : Become a maestro of information by completing and recording all traffic / guest card details for prospects, sending thoughtful thank-you notes, and ensuring prompt and consistent follow-up.

Immersive Community Tours : Join forces with our Sales Counselor and Executive Director to conduct captivating tours of our community and model residences, showcasing the unparalleled lifestyle we offer.

Market Savvy : Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a keen awareness of local market conditions and trends, actively participating in market surveys, and providing valuable insights to shape our strategies.

Engage in Daily Stand-Up Meetings : Contribute your ideas and insights during our daily stand-up meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Resident-Focused Interaction : Interact with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and proactively resolving business office matters within the community.

Strategic Partnership with Sales Counselor : Work closely with the Sales Counselor to develop and review marketing plans, achieve sales goals, and stay informed about upcoming move-ins and move-outs.

Move-in Coordination : Communicate daily with Sales Counselor other key team members regarding the status of all prospective move-ins.
