I am seeking a Civil Engineer to join my clients team in San Antonio, TX, as a Civil Engineer / Project Manager.
This role involves servicing land development clients with a focus on single-family and multi-family residential projects.
Responsibilities :
- Provide engineering services for land development clients, specializing in single and multi-family residential projects in San Antonio.
- Lead and mentor small teams of Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and Designers, working under the guidance of Senior Project Managers.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential subdivision projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration.
- Manage the design elements for residential subdivisions, such as paving and grading, roadway design, drainage systems, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other civil engineering components.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential land development, including lot layouts, master planning, platting, and site grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
