RN Details

Essential Job Duties :

• Assessment : Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.
• Planning : Collaborates on care plans, engages patients / families in goal setting.
• Implementation : Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients.
• Evaluation : Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.
• Professional Conduct : Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.

Qualifications :

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Must have active IN RN license
• Must have active BLS certification
• RN experience preferred

License / Certification :

• Active IN RN license
• Active BLS certification
