Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Environmental Project Manager to join our team in the Scientific industry. This is a permanent position that will involve managing and leading environmental projects.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed in accordance with federal and state regulations, including RCRA and CERCLA.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of environmental projects, while also contributing to our commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage environmental projects, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure.

2. Ensure all projects comply with relevant federal and state regulations, including RCRA and CERCLA.

3. Prepare and review project documentation, including RI / FS, RD / RA, and ROD.

4. Conduct HAZWOPER training and maintain certification.

5. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

6. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and community members.

7. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.

8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal facility policies, procedures, and regulations.

10. Use Microsoft program products to manage project data and generate reports.

Qualifications :

1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil, Chemical, or a related engineering degree.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental project management.

3. Experience with RCRA and CERCLA processes (RI / FS, RD / RA, ROD) and documentation.

4. HAZWOPER training and certification.

5. MUST have a PE license in CA.

6. Understanding of Federal facility policies, procedures, and regulations.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft program products.

8. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

11. Commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.
