- Cook - Performs cooking, serving and sanitation to support each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC).
- S erver - Serves food already prepared by the cook or may assist with making light meals to support to each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC) , in addition to housekeeping duties.

local Wisconsin family-owned company that began because of a family need for a different type of long term care option. From that need developed a new resident-centered, healthcare-focused assisted living model.
We opened our first facility, in 1995.

5 : 30am - 1 : 30pm or 10 : 30am - 6 : 30pm
Qualifications :
- General knowledge of cooking techniques, portion control and nutrition
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Lift / carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds
