Job Summary

The Marketing Delivery Analyst Assists in the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and customer selections;

with the goal of providing flawless and flexible execution that achieves account plan objectives, creates a strong customer experience, and drives incremental sales for the business and the brands.

Essential Job Functions

Marketing Campaign Setup : Assists in the delivering the proper audience selection, test setup, segmentation, and tracking of marketing campaigns.

Provide flawless execution of marketing file creation, including extensive audit procedures. Adapt to new tools, data, systems, and processes while maintaining steadfast discipline towards customer selections and execution.

Provide the necessary input into the campaign analysis process to ensure campaigns measurement is achieved. Drive interactions with internal partners on data driven solutions.

Assists Bread Financial in the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and customer selections across a variety (and ever-evolving) array of systems, platforms, and tools;

this manifests itself in campaign audience selections, test & learn activities, segmentation management, tracking and vendor list management.

Reports to : Manager Marketing or above

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements :

Normal office environment, some travel may be required.

This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 3-4 days per month. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs.

This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH; Chadds Ford, PA; Plano, TX;

Draper, UT; Wilmington, DE or New York, NY.

We currently have the ability to offer the Marketing Delivery Analyst position at varying levels. Candidates will be assessed based upon several factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, and skillset.

Marketing Delivery Analyst

Minimum Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

One or more years work experience in Marketing Campaign Execution including setup, design, segmentation, delivery, and deployment.

Ideal candidate would be Fluent in one or more of the following, SAS, SQL, Unica, CRM, and HTML

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or other quantitative degree;

or equivalent knowledge or experience

New graduate or 1+ years applicable work experience

Senior Marketing Delivery Analyst

Minimum Qualifications :

Associate’sDegreeorequivalent work experience in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or equivalent quantitative degree

Two or more years with a basic understanding of data extraction and manipulation using an ETL tool such as SAS, SQL, Unica, HTML, or other similar programming languages.

Basic understanding of Marketing Campaign Execution including setup, segmentation, delivery, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or equivalent quantitative degree

Typical Starting Range :

$55, - $100,

Full Salary Range for position :

California : $63, - $125,Colorado : $55, - $105,New York : $60, - $125,Washington : $58, - $115,

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses / domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26.

New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period).

Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off.

Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ( PSST ) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.

Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
