SAP Sr. Solution Architect(80% Travel)

Description :

• Minimum of 15 years of Total SAP experience of which at least 10 years on SAP Finance
• Strong Finance / Accounting education background should have expert level familiarity with accounting concepts
• Multiple years of experience with full cycle implementation of various SAP Finance modules (ECC and / or S4)
• Strong SAP Solutioning experience with proven prior experience in pre-sales / solutioning
• Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities
• Should be able to engage in conversation on wide ranging Finance / Accounting topics with senior level Accounting / Finance users including Controllers / CFOs’ including IFRS, USGAAP and Best Practice processes
• Ability to run Due diligence, Define Roadmap and Strategies
• Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
• Present proposal presentation to senior management at CxO level people and be able to influence their decision
• Ability to communicate competitive intelligence from the field
• Should have experience in all FICO modules, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, etc. and strong knowledge of integration with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Mgmt.

Project Systems, etc.

• Proven success implementing SAP functionality in a team environment and has ability to work stand alone and be hands on.
• To follow SAP methodology including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, developing executing rigorous data and process testing plans Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises.

Good to have skills

• Experience in managing and delivering S / 4HANA project
• Prior experience working for large Global System Integrators is a big plus

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to SAP Delivery Head, SAP Engagement Director / Program Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements at our client's clients
• Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects
• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project
• Produce recognized pieces of transformational thought leadership and present at industry event
• Ensure delivery of SAP solutions using our client's delivery methodologies
• Coordinate project timeline with her / his teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
• Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s)
• Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables
• Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clients
• Leverage his / her broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement
• Extensive experience in managing Client Stake holders at all levels
• Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
• Manage the technical relationship with the customer and be our client's "face" (besides the Business Relationship manager) to the customer throughout the sales process
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP's end to end solutions and product-suite configuration options
• Attending and participating in discussions with Senior management and CxO level people and be able to influence their decision
• Communicate competitive intelligence from the field
