As the Manager, Enterprise Sales for Kahoot! at Work, you will play a key role in defining and executing our growth strategy, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence within our enterprise segment.

This role is responsible for a team of Sales Executives based in Austin.

The Manager reports to the VP of Sales, Americas. The position is located in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Lead the Business Development team in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with the sales teams and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and CX teams to develop targeted prospecting campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market dynamics.
  • Implement processes and systems to track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Requirements

  • Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales as a sales executive, sales manager, or team leader.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Solid understanding of working and improving processes to maximize the outcome.
  • Ability to lead through coaching and getting the best performance out of your team.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a distributed and international environment.
