Job Description :
Salesforce Development :
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and other technologies.
- Design and build Lightning components, both custom and standard, to meet business requirements.
- Implement complex workflows, process automation, and integration with other business systems.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce environments, including production and sandbox environments.
Solution Design & Architecture :
Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, workflows, and security models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Certifications :
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are required.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications are a plus.
- Salesforce Lightning Developer certification is highly preferred.
Skills :
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies for Lightning development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred :
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins.

Pay : $50.99 - $601.47 per hour
