Client Liaison Specialist

This role entails overseeing customer engagement and managing customer participation in both our live and online events. Beyond merely explaining training programs, scheduling follow-ups, and securing event attendance, the core responsibility of this position is to shepherd our clients throughout their journey.

Client Liaison Specialists excel at nurturing client relationships and are unwaveringly dedicated to helping clients achieve the desired transformation in their lives.

Your role is not to instruct, train, or coach them directly, but to be their constant companion as they unlock their true potential.

Compensation :

  • Salary range : $45,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities :

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Project managing the learning process, juggling lots of these types of tasks every day :

  • Walk clients through the process of participating in our courses, (intro calls, training calls, attendance at live events, our mentorship program, and anything else that comes up).
  • Checking in at various points in the process to tackle any issues and to make sure they feel supported. Lots of times they’ll have simple questions they’re afraid to ask Michael or their Accountability Partner.
  • Make sure clients stay engaged between live events (most of this process is automated, but it’s your job to make sure they don’t quietly drift away).
  • Encourage clients to speak up on training calls and through social media.
  • Anything else that comes up on a day-to-day basis questions from clients about upcoming events, different courses available, and any other problems that will come to you to solve.

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, specifically Google Suite.

Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.

  • Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Detail oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients
