Starting Pay Rate : $27.50 - $30.50 / hour
Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team and play a pivotal role in providing quality care in a loving and caring setting.

Job Duties :
- Form relationships with residents, their families, and physicians to devise care plans reflecting critical thinking
- Coach co-workers in promptly addressing resident needs with urgency and responsiveness
- Oversee physician orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care
- Educate residents and families on health matters pertinent to their care
- Share responsibilities of the Manager on Duty
Shifts :
- 12 hour shifts with some 8 hour shifts available (days, evenings, overnight)
- 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm
- 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am

Requirements :
- Valid LPN license in good standing from the State Of Pennsylvania
- CPR Certification (options available to help obtain with facility covering costs)
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in this position
Preferred :
Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or other health care setting
