Location : Aurora, CO
Job Description :
Soliant is seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Aurora, CO. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention programs for students, working closely with staff and families to support student success.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational and social development of students.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement and support behavior management strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Document progress and maintain pliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
