Responsibilities
Vehicle Diagnostics : Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
Maintenance & Repair : Perform routine maintenance tasks and repair problems on various vehicle models.
Parts Replacement : Replace worn or faulty parts with precision and care to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
Quality Control : Ensure all work meets dealership and industry quality standards.
Tool Maintenance : Keep tools and equipment in good condition for efficient use during repairs.
Requirement
Automotive Service Experience : Previous experience as an auto technician or completion of an automotive technology program.
ASE Certification : Preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
Mechanical Skills : Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various vehicle makes and models.
Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
