Summary :

We're looking for an On-site Graphic Designer who specializes in Amazon listings, dynamic emails and digital collateral. Strong visual communicator with attention to detail-a love of typography, composition and color should be evident in portfolio.

You will be working alongside an incredibly talented team of Creatives. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite.

The Graphic Designer Digital Specialist is responsible to define project scope and brand experiences across digital, e-comm listings, motion and other marketing collateral as directed by the Shopper Marketing Manager E-commerce, Marketing Communications Manager and / or V.P. of Marketing,

Responsibilities and Duties :

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to understand project requirements, objectives and target audience and successfully execute on direction.

Design visually engaging graphics and multimedia content for Amazon product listings, Ecommerce platforms, and B2B marketing materials.

Create product images, infographics, banners, and other digital assets optimized for online sales and conversion.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill insights into crisp format at the level of detail appropriate for the audience.

Demonstrate strong problem solving skills, design-oriented solutions and high production skills to tackle day-to-day assignments adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.

Responsible for the accuracy, quality, and development of final art files for print and digital deliverables based on existing toolkits.

Ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of creative excellenceDemonstrates a thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Able to utilize the suite to the fullest and develop collateral.

Maintains a safe work environment and reports unsafe conditions to manager and / or safety coordinator. Follow all established safety policies and procedures.

Shopper knowledge someone that knows digital e-commerce and knows how to speak to the shopper ex : understands how to create flash sale creative.

Digital knowledge is a MUST ex : how to resize banners and what to recommend omitting and keep; mobile first mindset.Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, three to four years of graphic design experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and training.

3+ years’ experience in products and graphic design.Must be creative and be able to promote ideas through visual concepts and graphic art that meets company objectives and attract attention.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key to this position. A professional demeanor is required, as a key function of this position is liaising with multiple departments and individuals, including executive management and external organizations.

Candidate should be administratively thorough, with solid organizational and time management skills.Strong understanding of Amazon selling dynamics, Ecommerce platforms, and B2B marketing strategies.

Provide your portfolio that demonstrates extraordinary design ability across a wide range of media including digital, motion, print and social.

Possess a thorough understanding of A+ content guidelines. Successful implementation of well-curated A+ content.Self-starter with a proactive mindset someone that is tenacious and willing to inject creative ideas as they become more familiar with digital accounts (solution oriented).

Strong track record both as an individual contributor and as a key member of a team.Strong communication skills, approachable, and driven.

Salary : $37hr - $47hr
