Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the design function of marketing materials by providing creative / art direction and applicable design talent, with an emphasis on high volume campaign work
- Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency with oversight and execution of projects
- Produce campaign and project guidelines for production or handoff to other designers and see through the final art direction in the production of deliverable assets
- Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across reach of the brand
- Communicate effectively with all staff and partners engendering trust and respect
- Act as a senior member of the team aiding in the growth and mentoring of our junior teammates
Qualifications :
- Prior experience building integrated marketing campaigns for multiple strategies and product groups
- Exceptional aesthetic across art direction, narrative and in store experiences
- Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and new media communication
- Knowledge and sensitivity to creative trends influencing design in general, and in fashion / athletics / performance arenas
- Thorough understanding of creative process, color theory and typography as well as interactive, digital design and video storytelling
- You have at least 4+ years of relevant (preferably brand, agency or design firm) experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
