Traveling Pole Frame Carpenter

Job Title : Field Technicians

Job Description

This position will be based out of Fargo, but doing lots of work on the road across ND, MT, MN, and SD. Candidate will be working on a pole frame crew erecting pole barns.

Must have labor or carpentry experience. When staying out of town, $35 / day per diem for a meal. Hotels will be covered by employer.

Drive time out and back from Fargo will be paid at regular time. Must have tool belt and basic tools for first day.

Work Environment

Will be working on construction sites in various weather conditions including wind, rain, and sun. Workers will be part of a crew of 5-7 and will have a roommate when staying at hotels.

Hotels are paid for and they also receive $35 / day for meals. The culture is very work-driven, with work hours ranging from 45-60 hours a week when on location.

The dress code includes steel-toe boots, work pants, work shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses.
