Salary : $20 per hour

About the Position :

This short-term position is set to last approximately 2 months, working full time hours. The primary duty of this position is to pack boxes with individually packaged food portions according to product orders.

This position must be able to lift 55#. It involves standing, twisting, turning, bending for long periods of time and working in a cold environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load materials and products into boxes.
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas.
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools
• Remove defective products or materials, placing them in specified areas, such as loading docks
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools
• Seal containers or materials, using strapping, fasteners, tape, and hand tools

Education and / or Experience :

High School or equivalent.

Computer Skills / Digital Fluency / Adaptation :

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of :

• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to complete work without constant supervision.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to lift and / or move up to 55 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time;
