Our client, a home improvement services (primarily residential roofing) group, is looking to hire a Regional Sales Training Leader.
We are committed to building an enduring legacy as the premier partner for homeowners, employees, communities, and founders.
The Regional Sales Training Leader will drive the growth and performance of our sales team through this key role focused on sales training and development.
You'll directly support the National Director of Sales Training in supporting sales teams and on-site trainings. As the primary contact for multiple brands, you'll ensure consistent application of the organization's sales methodology through collaboration with market sales trainers.
Your core focus will be driving measurable sales improvement through targeted coaching and training programs. This includes developing and delivering training on essential areas like sales process, product knowledge and industry insights.
You'll tailor programs for both new hires and veterans. Through data analysis of individual and team sales metrics, you'll identify key improvement areas and create specific training programs to address them from closing rates and financing proficiency to first-call closing percentages and consultative selling techniques.
You'll also partner with trainers and product experts to co-lead sessions and develop engaging training content for sales meetings.
Ultimately, your expertise will empower our sales teams to achieve peak performance.
