Role : Billing Operations
Location : Norwalk, CT
Hours : 9-6, M-F + OT (over-time is paid 1.5x and client offers additional incentives)

The roles involve :
- Resolving partner billing inquiries
- Coordinating with other departments on billing issues
- Assisting with collections efforts
- Managing information in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Reconciling client accounts, including multi-currency
What our client looks for :
- A motivated and energetic individual with a strong foundation knack for numbers and advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field is ideal (will consider non-degreed candidates with relevant experience)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- A positive attitude, coachability, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth in the IT industry.
