Luxury Custom Home Project Manager
A leading Construction company is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build luxury, custom homes.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage construction and purchasing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and employees.
- Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections.
- Collaborate with clients to meet their expectations.
Project Manager Qualifications :
- 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record managing $2-$5 million residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Experienced with procurement and working in the field.
- Excellent negotiating and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
