Zix AppRiver is looking for a Corporate Customer Relationship Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships within the Zix AppRiver customer-base and guiding those customers through a phenomenal renewal process with the team.
Youll work as a point of contact for customer and partner sales inquiries and learn the sales process, contracts, pricing and market for our cloud-based products and services.
What you will be doing :
Sell additional services into existing customer relationships.
Effectively manage the renewal of service agreements in your territory.
Provide timely and accurate pricing options to the customers and partners.
Handle customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling, cancellations, and reinstatement of service agreements.
Provide product demos and presentations online.
Record all activities on customer / partner record in SalesForce.
Forecast projected closed amounts for accounts in Salesforce.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customer or partner.
What experience and skills we need you to have :
BA / BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
A strong commitment to customer service and success.
Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market.
Good interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization (internal and external).
Sales experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated and flexible individual.
For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $60,000 to $200,000 in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.
Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.*
