We have a career opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated team of ten. We are looking for an outstanding HR Professional to join us, based in the Southwest or California.

We may consider, based on candidate preference, other work locations where Parametrix has an office. This position would have the ability to work fully remotely (if not proximity to a Parametrix office) with occasional travel to gain mentorship, build connections, and forge team camaraderie.

This position will gain exposure to business strategy, employee relations, leadership capability and coaching, HR communications, and team directly with our Operations and Talent functions.

Who you are :

Experienced! With solid understanding of the human resources field and 6+ years of progressive HR experience. AEC experience highly preferred.

Relationship Builder! This is a business-facing role. You easily develop rapport with others and embody top-notch client service philosophy.

Present! This position may require occasional travel to build relationships, engage in strategic conversations, and support the firm in important business decisions.

Curious! You are resourceful, exhibit sound judgment and decision making, and ask great questions. You engage in thought partnership and are interested in engaging with our highly collaborative team.

Communicator! Considered an excellent writer, you have an interest in communication that hits the mark with different collaborators up, down, and across.

Professional! With a high degree of integrity, you maintain sensitivity and confidentiality.

Conscientious Worker! You thrive on consistently meeting deadlines and are flexible and exhibit a willingness to jump in and contribute to the team and organization.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $85,000-115,000+ . Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role.

Equity review is conducted for all positions. All employee-owners are eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions.

Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program. We are transparent in our salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the value of being an employee-owner.
