Schedule : Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Saturday (Wednesday and Sunday Off)

Compensation : $15-$17 Hourly

About Us : Sandstone Care is a leading provider of comprehensive addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults.

Our Teen Residential Treatment Center in Crownsville Maryland is a beautiful 48 bed facility that offers a home like feel and comprehensive care for adolescents in treatment for substance misuse and mental health disorders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the care and services that Sandstone Care provide and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff, contributing to the overall well-being and positive atmosphere of the facility.

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all common areas, client rooms, and other designated spaces are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any maintenance issues or repairs.
• Uphold health and safety standards, following all relevant protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Candidates must be CPR Certified prior to their first day of employment

Punctuality also supports the collaborative efforts of the team, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and efficient operations.
