Title : Senior Radio Frequency Design Engineer - 104397

Onsite / Remote : Onsite Position

This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and other communication receivers.
  • Perform RF system budget analysis, trade-off analysis, modeling, simulation, and optimization.
  • Measure and evaluate communication link signals from terrestrial and satellite systems.
  • Verify RF performance parameters to meet robust signal integrity through the RF chain.
  • Support investigation of communication and positioning product RF spectrum field issues.
  • Support Production.

What Skills You Need

  • 3 or more years of RF system and circuit design experience from an antenna to digitizing element.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as ADS, Genesis, Momentum, HFSS, and MATLAB.
  • Understanding of various impairments such as noise, non-linearity, group delay, and error vector.
  • Design verification and debug experience using test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.).

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 3D (full-wave) electromagnetic simulation experience.
  • Antenna measurement experience (anechoic chamber).
  • Programming skills to automate RF tests and data processing / analysis.
  • Involvement in RFIC / mixed signal IC development.
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering.

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
