PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL

Currently, we have a Project Manager - Commercia l opportunity based out of our Park City, UT office at a jobsite near Morgan, UT.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assumes accountability and ownership of the project
• Responsible for project safety and environment programs
• Sets up project reporting procedures
• Understands and enforces contractual responsibilities, contract documents and dispute resolution
• Ensures timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials and efficient management of material and document submittals / approvals
• Negotiates and issues subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitors their progress
• Negotiates, prepares, issues and executes change orders to subcontractors and prepares any revisions to original budget
• Prepares and issues monthly owner progress reports, schedules and cost reports
• Develops insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans
• Chairs and records project meetings

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or other related field
• 8-10 years of related experience working on large commercial / resort projects
