The Shift Manager will oversee operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

Shift Manager Requirements / Responsibilities
- 2+ years of fast food restaurant leadership experience
- Lead and manage shifts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards
- Train and supervise crew members, providing guidance and support
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and shift planning
- Communicate with other managers to maintain consistent operations
- Handle safety, security, and profitability during assigned shifts
