Looking for a dynamic opportunity as a Senior CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Technician Team Lead MMS?
Join us and take your career to the next level by troubleshooting and repairing facilities and manufacturing equipment. Lead a team of maintenance technicians in resolving both electrical and mechanical issues with your expertise in industrial manufacturing maintenance and advanced knowledge of CNC / PLCs.
This full-time position offers an alternate work schedule with 12-hour days and the potential for regular overtime. Your starting wage offer will reflect your experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements :
Desired Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program preferred
- Advanced mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience with Siemens controllers, G&L, and Cincinnati machines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must have a valid state driver’s license, vehicle insurance, dependable vehicle, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Responsibilities :
- Perform advanced level break-fix & preventative maintenance
- Monitor work requests and provide leadership to small teams
- Prepare daily maintenance reports
Physical Demands and Working Conditions :
- The employee is required to stand, walk, use hands / fingers, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and may occasionally lift and / or move more than 50 pounds
- The work environment is typically loud and may involve exposure to hazardous materials and / or slippery factory floors
