  • Assist in managing Capital Program projects which are in Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout phases-Assist / coordinate in resolving project related issues-Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards and presentations as needed-Maintain Modifications / Additional Work Orders (AWOs) Logs, contractor payments, weekly project reports and other budgetary / administrative work databases-Monitor multiple project schedules, costs and activities-Develop, update and consolidate various reports such as weekly progress reports,Project Status Reports, FTA Reports, Traffic Light Reports, etc.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, office supplies, timesheets, field office visits for pickup / delivery of documents, etc.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent
  • A minimum of three years' experience in program development and support, business administration or related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience Organizing project information, prepare reports and presentations
