With approximately 550 employees worldwide, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines : design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, sustainability and client support.

Our AZ location (Phoenix, West Valley Area) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to represent the company in a positive and professional manner and help maintain and support basic facility operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and ensure the professional presentation of the lobby and front office.
  • Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Process and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure that all visitors sign-in and follow visitor safety policies.
  • Issue, adjust, and receive POs as necessary.
  • Process completed sales orders.
  • Create physical job folders and maintain filing system.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies as necessary.
  • Order miscellaneous shop supplies as directed.
  • Perform credit card coding for management.
  • Assist with inventory counts and adjustments as necessary.
  • Place lunch orders as directed, and pickup lunches if required.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and scheduling.
  • Assist with internal job order issuing and adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications :

  • A college degree or experience in a similar positon.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.
  • Outgoing with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.

Office environment with a typical work day from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm Monday Friday (hours include 1 half hour lunch break).
